Hey guys, thanks in advance for your help.
My issue is this; I take an image from my basket and upload it onto one of the "light colored hoodies" (white or heather grey)- everything looks perfect, no problems. However, when I take the same exact image and upload it to one of the "dark colored hoodies" (black or navy blue) the image shows up at nearly 1/3 of the size. Keep in mind, this is the SAME EXACT image! I've been trying to figure this out for weeks, but I can't. It only seems to be an issue with the hoodies. Is anyone else having this problem? Please help, and thanks again!

I would check your image size. In earlier times CP allowed lower resolution images. As time went on they found that they got better results by requiring higher resolution. Most of the newer items are a minimum of 200 dpi while the older items often allow 150 or even 100 dpi.

Verify the sizes of the allowed image areas. Some allow 10 inches, some allow 12 inches. If your image isn't large enough to be 200 dpi at 12 inches then it will appear smaller. Say you have a 2000 x 2000 image. That is not large enough to use the entire image area of 12 x 12 at 200 dpi, so it will be applied at 10 inches - 200 dpi.

Also observe the relative size. The thumbnails can present the images differently just because they are different garments, but the relative size of how the image fits on the garment will be the same or similar.

And finally make sure you aren't looking at the zip hoodie that only has an image for the pocket area, and therefore smaller.

Is that image being placed -above- a 'pocket' area that normally exists on non-zip hoodies ?(where you place both your hands into a wide -across the width of the shirt 'pocket') so the image must be placed in a smaller area above the pocket. They can't print across those seams.
