so I use my pantone book and the colors that I got do not match. I called the customer service and they were mostly clueless.

How can I see what the color will be.

Example using a pantone gold color (not metallic) came back yellow. Looked like not so good.

Anyone have a swatch book or something that works. Also monitor syncing is not really going to do it for me, since I need something to sync it by. I know someone here has the easy answer from EXPERIENCE. Please help not only me but everyone here.

best,
drew

You are not going to get that level of color matching on direct print. The only thing you can do about color is make sure your choices are in BOTH the RGB and CMYK color space. Your RGB file is converted to CMYK on printing. Direct print is kind of variable. If you are very color sensitive then you will need to use a high end print service.
