Along the edge of my image is a straight black line. When I upload it and put it on product the edge looks jagged. I've loaded it in jpeg, and eps and it happens in both. I'm worried that it will print that way. Does anyone know if this is just how it shows on the site, or if I need to do something to avoid it printing this way?

i wish you had hit the space bar after the: so it was a clickable link...

it is hard to tell if it would print like that or if it is just the image online....i normally upload all images for shirts as PNG not jpg as jpg will give a white square on black product and i dont believe eps is a supported format...

Make sure your image is the right size - a minimum of 2000 pixels in at least one direction.

If your image is too small do not expand it, recreate it.

Crop close to the actual image, then put it on a full size canvas to avoid any stray lines.

Upload as a PNG file.
