Hello everyone... I would like to make a smaller image for some of my designs/artwork. I have tried uploading the design to the smaller size I want, but when I put it on all the products at once it seems to be resized by CP to a larger size, thus making the pixels/print quality lesser. For instance I want to make one of my designs at maybe a 5" x 4-5"width and I've upload it at 200 DPI at that size, but when I drop the design onto all of the products it is larger on the T-shirts etc. I know that I can go through the store and individually make each item smaller, but I was wondering if there is a way to make all of the items in one section smaller at the same time. ??? I also know that if I manually make each item smaller in one store section, and then use that as an import it will import all items at the smaller size for the next time, as I've found that out when I want them larger.. Smiler
Guess by now, I've almost answered my own question, as I realized as I was typing I could just do it once piece by piece and then use that store setting for importing designs I want kept small... Still sending this out, as perhaps there is another way, or perhaps this could help someone else.... I'm sure this is now as clear as mud... Smiler
Thanks and have a great weekend everyone...
Jo

You have found the primary answer.
S slight variation on import is copy section

However one alternative is to use a large canvas with a small image on it. For example make a transparent canvas 3000 x 3000 pixels. Make an image that is 600 x 900 pixels and place it on the larger canvas. Now when you apply it the system will read 3000 x 3000 pixels and will apply it to a 10 x 10 inch area at the largest possible size resulting in 300 dpi. The image will then be shown at 2 inches x 3 inches without any need for resizing.

Ahhhhhh .... Smiler Thank you ladies... Diane, that makes sense, as when I put up an image in 300 DPI, everything is larger than I want it... Now I see the relationship... Thanks Chick and Diane. Smiler Jo
