After accidentally uploading my logo as a .png, CafePress saved it as a .jpeg. I have since tried to upload it as a .gif. However, each time I upload it now it will only show up as a .jpeg. Any idea why or what I can do to fix it?

The shop logo image will always be converted to JPG once it's uploaded to CafePress. That's just the way it is.

If you have a basic shop there's no way to get around it. But if you have a premium shop you can use custom html, so if you host the GIF image on your own website (or an image host like photobucket) you could use the custom html to display your GIF image that way.

Hope that helps Smiler

Yes! It does. I have a premium account, but I'm just learning the ways of html. For example - things like hosting pictures externally on photobucket is a new idea to me. Thanks for the help! Smiler
