Hi,
I have created an image for a mug, its the recommended size and I used a template. The image looked nice on my pc, but in my shop it looks very ugly, pixelated, both the image and the text. If you would look at it, you can see that the heart is pixelated too, even if its a vector graphic. Is this only the way CP shows products or is this the quality I will get on the mug? My shop is not ready yet, I just registered yesterday. URL: http://www.cafepress.com/lillya.373526646 Can someone please take a look? And if you look in the cats category, the images seems ok on those products... Thank you so much in advance for your time!! |

Thank you Matisse!!
I will recreate the image. But if it doesn't work and its a CP bug, will the final product look ok? And how would anybody buy anything form me if they think that the product is this - sorry - crappy? Thanx again!! |

Your welcome. I did take a look at your mug image and it should not look that way ...it is a poor representation. Generally speaking, if you can print that image with your home printer on photo paper its actual size and it looks great, it will also look great on the mug.
It is hard to sell anything that has a bad thumbnail or enlarged bad thumbnail. Customers will not know that the problem is a bad thumbnail. I don't know when CP plans on fixing that bug. Until they do, everyone's sales will be affected. |
