I was wondering, do prints printed for framed pictures,have extra allowance on them? Like if it is supposed to be 9 by 12 are they actually printed a bit bigger to allow for positioning in the frame? I am having trouble sizing them right, and when I look in the larger view preview window it never looks like they are positioned/sized right..

Is it better to create a print that is slightly bigger than the required size? thanks
