I need help. I created a store and am trying to upload my image for use on all products. I have a .jpg file. After reading several things on here I am trying to take our image and make sure it has a transparent background. Right now it shows a white box (like a lot of people have talked about). I downloaded the free Artweaver but have NO clue what to do from there and the help is not much help. I see where it gives you the option under "layer" to "set transparency" but that option is gray and not allowing me to click on it. This is sad because in any other business program, I am really good. I just don't know the graphics programs and all I'm trying to do is get this set up so our mom's group can order group shirts! Thank you to anyone who can help me figure this out.
