Hi, when adding the same design to different shirts, I understand that going from a smaller size to a larger size will make the image look crappy. But is it OK to use my 10" design on a 6" shirt (if the aspect ratio of the image is the same, there shouldn't be a problem, right?)

Sure. The quality won't be a problem.

Just make sure you place it the way you want (the default may not be right... might have to adjust it in the editor).

I frequently use my 10" shirt designs on polo shirts/pocket placements without any alteration except size (I always think the pocket size is too big... I size it down).
