hey guys,

i have several shirts in my store that use a trasnparent image as the logo, and everything looks great. however, when I try the same image on a black shirt, i get a white background. i am unable to click the transparent icon in the media basket.

why is this? pink, green, yellow, grey, etc shirts work fine, but all black products are messed up...

thanks!

It sounds as though your image has a white background rather than transparent. Are you saving and uploading your image as a png file?

i know this because all other colored t-shirts look as they should...

That would not be a correct conclusion. You won't see a white square on the light apparel because white doesn't show on the light apparel. If you are using JPG, GIF or PNG-8 that would explain the problem. You will also experience that problem if you are using greyscale, indexed or lab as your image mode. For dark you must use PNG-24 or PNG-32.
