I am trying to take images I've already uploaded and confirm look okay (they are in my media basket) and select them for use as images on my CD (full jewel case) that I'm creating.

Note that I've utilized your templates to make sure I'm making the perfect-sized images.

First, when I select anything, be it Page 1 of the booklet, or one of the tray images, once that image has been selected, they ALL show the album cover. The only way I can actually see what the individual images look like is to show them as a larger image (thus opening the smaller pop up window). Most of the time they look okay.

In the case of the Tray images, however, they refuse to fill the whole "tray" (or area that they are supposed to fill) no matter what DPI or size ratio I put them at. Almost as if the presumption that the cover is in use is effecting them.

It's important that I get this figured out as soon as possible. I have an album I'm intending to get out and I've just about pulled out all my hair trying to solve this.

I also want to note that I've tested this on multiple systems (some even in another location, like at work) and on multiple browsers, with the same effect.

Again, I'm using your templates, so there's no reason why this shouldn't work.

I received an email about this that suggested that it's a known issue and that something is being done with it, but I was given no ETA, and I know for a fact that I've seen this problem for well over a couple months now, and have only now addressed it since I'm trying to get something completed.

So if this is a known issue, what is the ETA? What am I supposed to do in the meantime? I want to release this CD through you, but your system isn't allowing me to do so, and doesn't appear to work as you have suggested or designed.

Just so there's no confusion - you're not talking to Cafepress on these forums, generally. You're talking to other, fellow shopkeepers.

The ETA for several of the CD bugs is one that stretches out of sight in our rear-view mirror. It's been going on for probably a year, I haven't checked my own post-dates to be sure, but it's been terribly long.

Some people have had luck in finding rather convoluted ways of making it work usually involving retracing their steps, refreshing browser, etc. etc. Often it ends up seeming like it's more chance than method.

Personally, in order to help get you up to speed on the issue quickly... my opinion is that we're not likely to see any improvement on the CD issues. If your release schedule matters (as it likely does) I can't figure out any alternative except switching entirely to the sleeve-only option for packaging.

I didn't realize this was more of a user board than a CafePress forum, for the most part. I appreciate the clarity AND the advice. I hadn't realized how far back this was stemming nor that there didn't appear to be any way around it.

Do you have any suggestions for things I can try? It's mainly the tray images that aren't working the way they should. Do you know anyone I could talk to about it that found ways around it? Totally fine if not.

I can get back with them on email and see if there's any ETA or suggestions they can provide me. My release schedule is important and while it IS partly my fault for assuming this was an issue that would be resolved by now, it seems quite unnecessary nonetheless.

Aside from going through DiskMakers or CD Baby (which would cost some minimal, but extra money I wasn't expecting and may delay things) does anyone know of any alternate ways I can release work similar to this "quick, as-is" set up?
