I have a question.I do a shirt for the shop.Does a design consist of tekst-(I super) .Requesting me to buy a license for a font?

I'm afraid you'll have to read the end use license agreement for a font in order to see if it can be used for your purposes. All foundries vary to some degree in their licensing terms and at the end of the day you're the one responsible.

Many free fonts are not free for commercial use and some paid fonts aren't allowed for POD use. You just have to read carefully...
