Hi all, hoping to not sound too much of a newbie. My wife and I are looking to start a little hobby store selling my designs on Tees etc. We have only fiddled around to an extent.

Problem: We created a Tee, light tee, with a small logo. Set our markup to which end it showed a total item price of $24.69

We wanted to test the system so we proceeded with the purchase only to find that when we got to the check out that the price had been discounted by a whopping $12.70 giving a final price of $11.99??

We have set the mark up settings on the account and done everything we thought to be correct.

Is this amount of discount normal?

If you were logged into your account, you were given the item at your cost. A customer would have paid the full price, giving you the $12.70 as a commission.

All is as it should be.

Oh, also there is a 20% off Shop Keeper discount going on Oct 27-29 so that may be included as well.
