I am a Welsh Newbie to all of this and so it takes me a long time to get up to speed. Anyway, I have just "loaded" a premium specialist shop with print items for training companies, departments or trainers. I think I have managed to take onboard some of the tips in here but I would appeciate any feedback from the group.

But I've just noticed the shipping costs to the UK... do the shipping costs put people off buying?

Yes, but there are no bargains here even without the shipping costs, so if you have a design that people like, you will make sales. Also, just because you are in Wales doesn't mean you can't sell to customers in the US.

Yep you are right. I suppose it's about having a unique selling point in product and placement to.
I showed my shop to some colleagues who would be potential customers and they really liked it so the early signs are good.
