What's going on? Confused Everything I click on sends me back to the my shops page. It won't let me edit anything. It won't let me into the products. Earlier I had server errors trying to upload images, then it refused to delete images.
If they are doing something I wish I'd seen a notice. I'd not have even tried! Bonk

Where are you seeing this problem. Give us the link to the same page so we can see.

Its gone now, but I'm getting mad. It started with a sign saying internal server error when uploading. Then when I went into my new shop Peace Angel Bear add products section it wouldn't let me edit. I know this was at Cafepress end-internal server error?! what makes me mad is that whenever I have a problem any more I get "we can't recreate the problem". It's NOT always my old computer! Why can't they admit they were having server problems at that time-just say sorry, issues at our end? And don't they ever try and recreate it off the networked system? I've gotten cds in books that were supposed to connect to the internet. They don't because something as simple as www was left off. Of course it worked fine when they tested it! The address without the www worked fine as long as tested on within the company network. It didn't need www there.
I'm heading for the suggestion page. Maybe I can make them see the light. (Wish I really believed it!) I wish I had as much help from the tech help as I get from customer service when ordering!

Starhorse Pax,

There's not a person online that can't sympathize with how frustrating problems can be. So, take this as constructive help.

First: link?

Second: You gotta' slow down. Wink Being frustrated is probably making your request for help turn into a very hard to understand post. Are you asking for actual help or letting other shopkeepers know you're having trouble?

Third: The suggestion forum isn't going to help in this because, no matter how you try to angle it to be a "suggestion" it's a technical problem.

Fourth: When were you experiencing these problems?

Fifth: OS, Browser, Versions, Connection?

We can't help if you don't give us something to go on even if you're convinced it's not on your end. If we were seeing other people report problems then it might give us a collection of info to work with and see if it's on the user or service side. However, right now it's just you so let's be methodical in troubleshooting. If it's CP... then they'll need a constructive bug report anyway. If it's on your end afterall... you'll be back in business and able to use the service.

We don't know what CP does or doesn't do to recreate a problem - so let's not assume. Assumptions and frustration rarely result in good troubleshooting.

If you want help there's quite a few people here willing to do our best.

If it does happen again and you get a fighting chance to grab a screenshot that will shot the URL, status, etc. from the browser report - that might help too. We have some pretty geeky shopkeepers here.

Well slowing down and being more specific would help.

Despite your lack of any useful troubleshooting information I looked around to see what I could see.

All the links I clicked on your external web site are written incorrectly (they have a double http) but that doesn't result in the problem you mentioned. So it makes it a bit hard. You didn't offer the site, so perhaps you don't want help or feedback on it. And since it wasn't doing what you said then perhaps it had nothing to do with your question.

Being a little more specific in your information is more likely to get you useful answers.
