I can't view my sales report at all. Can't view orders, products, designs, summary, any of it. All I've done recently is upgrade to Internet Explorer 8. Would that have anything to do with it? This is really frustrating that I can't view my sales at all.
MOD EDIT: to change the subject line....

It has everythng to do with IE8 and the fact that CP isn't/hasn't updated the site to be compatible with that version.
Here is the workaround until CP becomes compatible: "You can set cafepress.com to be displayed in a compatibility view. Click on the page link at the far right of your browser, it should be next to the printer icon. Then click on the compatibility view settings and add CP.
Glad it worked for both of you. I'm going to sticky it this time so I don't have to hunt it down. As you can guess this is something being asked a lot here on the forum.
Ive had this problem for the last 3 months...My sales reports constantly fail to load....I'm on a Mac and Ive tried both Safari and Firefox. Ive emailed cafe press numerous times....there only response is we're trying to fix it but dont know when it will be fixed....If they cant fix it in 3 months then you really have to wonder. I think it also opens up wider issues as to the reliability of Cafe Press to accurately reports sales data in general, (how do I know if sales reports aren't functioning, that I'm getting all my sales) I'm pretty much over Cafe Press as a whole I have to say.
They charge $9 a month for a service whose key feature (sales reporting) rarely works....Add to that the whole 10% commissions debacle and you really have to wonder what's the point.
I just updated my Firefox to 3.5.3 and now for the first time ever, I can't view my Sales Report either. Never had this problem before I updated Firefox.... I have never used IE so I don't know what the issues are with that one but now Firefox is having problems too! Just a heads up for anyone wanting to update it.
