Hello--

I've just added a new design section to one of my shops, and the Product Designer for 2.25" round products (button and magnet), and for mini buttons, is not giving me an option to change the size of the image on the product. I've been able to do this before in other sections, but not now.

What gives? Is this a change in the product, that they now need to be exact sizing, or is it something to do with the way that the PD interprets my specific image? I'd give you a pointer to the section, but it's currently hidden since I don't want it going "live" with these products not looking right (if anyone can tell me how to point you there without "showing" the section, I'll add that in a later post). I can tell you that the image dimensions are 3600x1150, if that helps.

There's a bug with sizing on some of the smaller items like buttons, there's a discussion here: http://forums.cafepress.com/ev...84310838/m/887103033

I have found that sometimes it still works, I think it depends on how skinny the rectangle is. Not sure how long it will take CP to fix, but if you don't want to wait you might want to try & use the full bleed template for the buttons instead of resizing the t-shirt image.

Thanks! I'd tried to find an existing thread before I posted, but Find didn't come up with any that looked right.

I'll work on some of my other designs for a while, and if it's not fixed by then I'll make another version of that one.
