For example, the name of my town is one of my designs, but when searching from the main page, it does not come up. I've used the name in the tags.

Thanks for your help. I'm sure this info is written somewhere already, but I can not find it.

The marketplace search engine only searches for image tags. It can take as long as 48 hours for a new image to be indexed and added. If you have used the word as a tag and it has been more than two days, I would file a bug report.
