It used to be pssible to click "customise t-shirts and more" and go through a really easy interface to see what your design would look like.

Nowadays you are directed to that useless "Cafepress groups" page with a completely hopeless interface. And, if you want to proceed with the design and go through to the check out you have to spend ages filling in all the billing/shipping data...whgat's that all about?

Why can't I use the information that I've already entered onto cafepress? Are you guys deliberately making this facility more problematic to use or what?

I don't get it...

If you already have an account on CP are you logging into it first? Doing so should load all your billing/shipping details for you so that you don't have to re-enter it. When you log into your CP account the create and buy link is in the left side column of your account page, https://members.cafepress.com/

While it may seem useless for what you are looking for, it does have a benefit to many others. There a a lot of Shopkeepers that use the Groups feature to create and deliver bulk orders to their customers at a greater discount than they would get by doing so in their own shops.
