i can't seem to get google analytics to be recognized on my site. i'm temporarily working with a template since i've just started, but i don't know where to add the analytic script in my custom html to get it recognized.

I did not paste the whole code, just my tracking number ("UA-*******-*")
It seems to work fine , but on my analytics front page it says :
' Tracking Not Installed (Last checked: Jul 26, 2008 2:29:05 AM )
The Google Analytics tracking code has not been detected on your website's home page. For Analytics to function, you or your web administrator must add the code to each page of your website. '
What's up with that? If i paste the whole code i will get double results.
Also , how can i link my adwords campain with google analytics?
