Congratulations, you've just made a sale in your CafePress.com shop. So where is it listed in your account? When a customer makes a purchase in your account, the order should reflect in your Order Report almost immediately. To see it go into your account and click the link Sales Reports link, and choose Order Report. A report for the current month will show you all orders that have been placed in your shop. You can expand the time frame of your report up to 3 months past. Your Order Report is usually divided into three sections: 1. Completed Orders : Orders that have completed production and have been shipped out. 2. Pending Orders: Recently placed orders that are either in production, or awaiting billing authorization from the customer. New orders will most likely be found here. Once order is shipped, information will move to Completed Orders. 3. Cancelled/Declined: Orders that have been canceled or were not authorized. When a new order has been completed, your commission will show as "pending" under the My Earnings section of your account. After 30 days of completing, your potential commission for the sale, will clear and can be used as CafeCash. This message has been edited. Last edited by: AngCP, BrittaCP Community Superstar | |||
