Cp have just taken another years payment from me.

Due to the new shop sales structures I have made $6 recently where I would have normally made $60 (enought to pay for the shop). So I am deciding to maybe close the shop. If I do can I get money back for months not used or does CP have the lot. (If so I will close the direct debit for next year and keep the premium shop going for a year).

Any advice guys and gals?

I was able to get back the remainder of my shop fees when I closed a premium back in June. My advice: if your first response is a "no" from a customer service rep, then elevate it to a supervisor.
