I have spent time browsing the forums looking for help on this, but have not been the best researcher today.

Basic problem is, I'm trying to have my self-created wallpaper/background match the dimensions of my shop. Here's a look:

What's Your dSign?

and

What's Your dSign? (continued)

What are the dimensions of a premium cafepress shop background, so that I can fit my wallpaper in it?

Granted, my shop is a work in progress, so it may look a bit "choppy" (although areas where you can see through to the background are deliberate). I was going for as much transparency as possible, except where it is of course necessary to see the design to click on to get to the section or product.

As far as I can tell, all that's really left for me to do (at least for now) is simply resize my wallpaper. All other fine-tuning is just artistic stuff I think I can handle on my own.

Thanks!

Its not that there is a specific size for CafePress shops, rather the web page adjusts itself to your content. Basically, however you organize or "stack" your sections, that how big your cafepress shop will be.
So...depending on the background image's dimensions...the background will be "tiled" over and over to fit behind the organization of your content.
Now, If you are looking to have one image stay stationary in the background, I think the easiest way is to assign it to a table. There are other more advanced methods also...but you need to really know your coding.
