Hi - I have a premium shop that has been professionally designed etc. The designer used CPshop and it all looks great.
I thought it would be simple enough to look after the store once the designer had done their thing but I find that even installing the newest version of CPshop is a challenge. Both Marty and the designer are assuming that I have a certain level of knowledge, which I don't.
I can get as far as downloading the new version. From there it is proving to be a mystery to me. I have no clue how to install it. Is there anybody out there who can put this into plain ENGLISH?
Unfortunately, without "a certain level of knowledge" even "plain ENGLISH" is going to be Greek.
If you don't want to take the time to gain that "certain level of knowledge", I suggest you contact Marty or the Designer and offer to pay them for their "certain level of knowledge".
Hey Chris G, here are some instructions on how to do the upgrade from the cpshop forum, doesn't look too difficult but don't forget to backup first just in case!
