Hi all - I recently had my premium shop professionlly redesigned and rebuilt. I am very hapy with the results and all was going well until recently.

Yesterday I was in the store and noticed that there were many items missing from the store sections. I checked the section page inside CP and it was all in order. I went to my admin page and cleared the cache but still the store section does not display as I have built it in CP.

I tried adding a new product and updating but that changed nothing.

Any ideas on what the issue and the fix might be?

The only way to offer a suggestion would be if you provide a link to your shop for people to see.

This paragraph confuses me. Is this issue with your Cafepress Shop or with an outside website/program like CPShop?

BoltZ - you are not confused. I may not have been clear. But you have put your finger on the problem. I don't know where the problem lies, whether inside CafePress or CPshop, although I suspect it is in CPshop...

I have checked Marty's forum. Several others have posted about similar problems with no reply! One person went so far as to delete a section because the products were not loading.

Thanks Ophelia. I did get a reply from Marty with the fix. My only problem now is figuring out how to get to that page. I found a page with the right code and I found the spot where to insert the new code but I couldnt edit to add the new lines.
