i'm about to buy my domain from godaddy... if i'm just doing a redirect, do i have to buy the hosting too? i can't find that answer anywhere, and they're offering a discount in the check-out card.

i do not believe you do - however for the discount you may want to purchase it if you are consdiering buiilding an off cafepress website...

i imagine it would be a couple months before i'd do that... but eventually, that's the plan. it's hard to do this cafepress stuff as much as i want and still work my fulltime job!!! just can't do both!!!

You don't need hosting if you just want to redirect. You'll go into your domain management after your order to do the redirect.
