I'm currently trading in my entire premium shop for a new one - new shop name, description etc. When I go into customizing my shop info, it won't let me upload a new logo image, but continues to revert to the old one. I am trying to upload a 200 square pixel gif. Any ideas?

where is th enew shop and old shop? Do you have a url hardcoded into old html/css?

The new shop is the old shop with new shop name and new cafepress storefront template. I have not hardcoded any url into the old html/css

does it have the same url?
I haven't run into this problem and without a link, I can't look at the code.

There's no image at all showing up. I thought it was inserting the old logo.

In the Custom HTML area where you upload the logo, you'll see:
Store Logo
- Logo
- Position
- - Center the logo.
- - Wrap text around logo.
- - Don't show a logo.

Make sure that 'Don't show a logo.' isn't selected.

Also, I have found that logging out of my account and clearing my history/cookies then logging back in often fixes issues like this.

I have had a similar problem to this in the past, and as the person above me said it could help to clear your cookies and log out, then back in.

My problem was that the old banner remained even after I tried uploading the new .gif file, but it eventually resolved itself.
