Hey,
I am brand new to this!!!
I have CorelDRAW and, I have no problem makeing the graphics and such.
But when I save the image and then try to upload here at cafepress.com, it won't let me.
Can anyone tell me step by step how to save correctly?

What is the file type you are saving as ? PNG or JPG - you want one of those two.

Are you getting an error message? If so, what does it say? If not, what exactly, steps are you taking to upload, and what happens when you try?

I am saving with PNG.
When the error message appears it says there was a problem uploading your image.
I hope this was enought information!

Basically I make the image. I export it into a PNG file thingy. I save the image. And then when I go to upload my graphic, it doesn't work.

I have seen some posts that some people are having trouble uploading their images so the problem may not be on your end. I recommend contacting customer support.

When reporting a problem it can save you a lot of time if you provide the exact text of any error messages. That can make all the difference between quickly identifying the problem or spending more back and forth time gathering information.

I use Coreldraw too and it sounds like you export to png the same as I do, so....what Tanith says.

On the other hand, I uploaded a couple images today just fine. How big is your file? Sometimes really huge files time out and it takes a few tries.
