Have you ever placed a poll in one of your newsletters or placed a poll in your store?

I would like to add a poll to my next newsletter asking my customers what they would like to see go on sale. I could put it in the store instead if I had to.

Does anyone know of a good place I can get a code for polls?

I'm using PollDaddy, it's really easy to use and they have a little variety to their skins.

I looked at this Poll Daddy service, and it looks good, but I see the free version includes a link back to them. Is this okay to put in a Cafepress store? Is it a leak?
Any info would be appreciated!
