Hi I've had my store now for several years and over time sales grew. However my sales have been flat or at best erratic (ranging between commissions of $58 to 8$) over the past year. During that time I have written a press release, edited my tags, included descriptions, improved designs, linked from my blog, and even advertised using Blogads. Yet sales seemed immune to whatever I did; I haven't seen any cause/effect.
Nearly all my sales come from marketplace even though Google Analytics sources the traffic from Google. I just learned about Google Base over the weekend and did that and see that some clicks are coming across but no sales yet. In fact this month is on track for being one of the worst months ever.
It would be nice if Cafepress released some kind of metrics that we could subtract from our sales to determine what works and what doesn't. Right now I feel like I'm completely shooting in the dark while wearing earplugs.
