Which isn't bad..

Are they ok to use? anyone had any success with them?

I've heard countless times to stay away from link farms and "pay for hits" sites, as Google and other SEs pick up on them and give you a knock for it. And I don't believe they are "targeted" hits in the first place, personally.

I haven't used the service you linked to.

But I did do a comparison review of similar services (including test purchases) a couple of years ago.

YMMV, but I can tell you that the traffic I received (to three different web sites with three different topics) was 100% unmitigated junk.
