I just noticed that my coupon feed from CP coupon is expired by 4 days now. I checked their site and it is the same there. Does anyone know when this will be fixed or how to contact them to ask them?

Thanks,

Kim

Kim, the feed from cpcoupon is updated when it's fed. If people send a coupon to it when they buy something, it's automatically updated. I have a feeling shopkeepers purchasing from CafePress is waaaaaaay down for one thing, and so may people who do use the feed don't realize they need to send it a coupon now and then.

If we do buy something, where do we send the coupon?

Teesed,

Thank you for the kindness of your reply.
I'm scratching my head at this. I have never seen this done before. I didn't see any instructions about sending a coupon to it after purchasing something when I was at their website. Are these instructions posted somewhere else?

Thanks again,
Kim

He's correct. If you send your coupon to that email address it will feed into the system and display in the feed.

There used to be instructions on the site for that before Adam redid the layout and moved over to appspot.com.

Okay, I'm confused. Pretty easy to do these days. But how do we get the coupon info to display again? Do we have to redo the html code? And if so, what is it?

It's still not displaying on our site from the old format.

Thanks.

Jeff
