Hi,
For years I have been an affilaite with CP, changing to CJ when they made that change.

I have got an email from CJ saying the CP terms have changed and I have to accept them - not a problem, but ....
every time I go to CJ and click accept nothing happens. I have emailed CJ 4 days ago - no reply - I emailed them again yesterday - no reply. I can not use their contact us because that url also does not work. I have cleared cache, changed browsers etc and I can not accept the new terms which I want to.

Is anyone else having this problem? Does anyone know a way around it? Can CP create the accept seeing as CJ won't? Can I do that through here somewhere?

This is really furstrating and I do realise that CJ is the problem, but unfortunely if I can not accept the new terms by 3rd September, I can not promote all of the CP products I have been Frowner

thank you for your time - any advise, suggestions and guidence will be most appreciated Big Grin.

You have to click the link to the terms on that page first. That will open a new window so you can read the new terms. Basically it looks like it's changing from a "locks on the 10th" to "locks 45 days from purchase" or something like that, plus details of what we can't use when doing paid search ads.

At the bottom of that screen, you'll see another accept or "OK" type of button. Click it.

That will take you back to the first page with the "Accept" button, but now the little checkbox is checked and you can now accept the terms officially.

A bit convoluted, and I just figured it by being a typical monkey with a mouse. Click, click.. oh, looky! Smiler

Thank you - Teesed - I like your Click, click.. oh, looky!

anyway, I tried that and the terms do not pop up - instead i am taken to the login page and log in and then to the log in page again etc. I have tried your Click, click.. oh, looky! and nearly always get the login page. I have made sure that I have pop ups enabled as well. I will keep click, click but any other ieads would also be really great Big Grin

any other suggestions?

Sorry. Since I already did it and deleted the email I can't walk through the steps like I would like.

So you're on the page with the "Accept" button and there's an unchecked checkbox there, right? And you can't click it and clicking "Accept" doesn't do anything, right?

Is that the page where you're clicking the link to the terms?

thank you agian for your reply.

yes I am on the page with the "Accept" button and there's an unchecked checkbox

I log in then click on the link "Review 1 offer(s) pending your approval."

Next to the checkbox is "CafePress Affiliate Program » View Links » View Products"

I can click in the checkbox - it will put the tick in there, but clicking on the button will do nothing.
If I click on the "CafePress Affiliate Program" it will not pop up a window and goes to a login page, that keeps on going back to the login page when I log in Frowner

You actually have to read the terms to accept them. I mean they can't tell whether your eyes are taking in the words but you do have to open the terms and check the accept box at the bottom of that.

The login problem can be solved by clicking the link that says something like "having a problem with secure login?" Warning - have your login information available as it will give you a blank box, so your user name and password will not auto-populate.

OK, I found another advertiser that had a similar pending offer and maybe this will help. On the screen I see, at the end of the "Yes I have read..." checkbox line, there's a date. That date is a hyperlink. Clicking on it brings up a popup with the actual terms and conditions. I have to click that "Accept" button on the bottom of that page and it closes that window and puts the checkbox to "checked". THEN I can click the "Accept" button on that screen.

I didn't get this email. Is there a way to find the terms and accept them myself?

Does anyone know what will happen if I don't do it in time?

On my home screen at cj.com I see "Review 2 offer(s) pending your approval." under the "Today's Tasks" box.

As for what will happen? I don't know.

Aha! That worked, yes, thank you Teesed. One weird thing though, the Cafepress terms were dated June of 2007. Is that what you saw too? I'm confused.

thank you all for your comments and suggestions. I finally got to accept the terms and conditions - by using another pc - seems mine has some strange setting for that site which is why I could not get anything to work, but all good now Big Grin

The same thing happened to me, with the June 2007 date on it. But once I accepted that, I was able to accept the new terms too.
