I posted this earlier this week in an existing thread and got no reply... I may have missed it elsewhere, but has cpcoupon.com closed down completely? My code quit working a while back and going to cpcoupon.com just gives me a totally blank page.

I just checked the code in several of my shops and it is operating fine. I then went to cpcoupon.com using IE8 and the page loaded for me.

I don't believe it's closed - plus I can get to the page fine. When I visit (as I did just now) I'm seeing the code for standard and advanced coupons, plus the advanced config info.

I've been using CPcoupon for quite some time and see the feed is currently working, as expected.

I wonder if you're not getting a failed direct on the URL?

Works via PC XP, FF3 as well as Mac FF3. We'll try not to tease Rowdy about using IE8, though.

Gee Thanks Smiler I'm just a lazy, impatient person. I am on dialup and the download takes so long that I just don't even bother. Plus I guess I'm a old creature of habit.

Ok, here's the explanation.

CPC runs off of the same server as most of my other sites. One site on the domain was pulling the others down, but I didn't know which, so I had to quickly determine which of the sites it was.

Turns out it was CPC but I unfortunately didn't have much time to fix the underlying issue - I just needed to make sure the sites I do make money from worked fine. CPC doesn't make money but can serverly impact things.

It's fixed now though. The only issue at the moment is a bug at CP and their coupon emails.

A good place to keep up to date with things these days, for me, is Twitter. Please follow @adamoc where I will post service updates and be easily contactable.

Edit: And apologies I did miss your previous post.

You mean the bug where they don't give you the day the coupon expires? I had one last week that said "October , 2009" and I just had one last night that said "November , 2009".

Yeah that one. The current coupon at the moment I had to ask CP when the expiry was. They're aware of the bug.

Does that mean the coupon I just got that says November has a date? Is it the end of November or do I need to ask them what it is?

The ones they send out after you by something (the tell a friend ones), usually only last a week tops. At least I've never seen one that lasted long then that.
