For all of us who have ever had a design cupped or gotten a C&D letter or had your designs stolen.

The Naked Cowboy sues Mars Candy Company for trademark infringement. A judge has ordered that his lawsuit can proceed.

I felt like it was 1 for us little guys and 0 for the big corporation.

I'm venturing a guess Naked Cowboy wouldn't want to be considered "the little guy."

Wink

I was watching this story for the last week - it's been interesting.

I know he's not really a little guy. Wink

The story did make me laugh though. He's a regular on Fox News. Always makes me smile.

We saw him the last time we were in New York! Talk about a double take.

I see him more as a green M&M, myself. Smiler

Good for him - hope he gets a fair deal AND a lifetime supply of M&Ms out of it.

I think the Berkeley naked guy should sue the new York Naked guy for stealing his act. I remember hearing about the Berkeley guy 15 to 20 years ago.

That would be a good case for one of those reality TV court shows to try. Naked east vs naked west.

"Um, will the defendants please remain standing behind their podiums at all times? At least until the film editors get all the black fuzzy boxes in place...."
