Not sure if this is the right place for this but here goes. I uploaded a few "green" designs a couple weeks ago and tagged them with all the appropriate tags I saw in the marketplace when searching on "go green". I sold one of the designs yesterday and decided to look and see what page I was appearing on. When I typed in "go green" there were no results. Apparently the term has been blocked. While this doesn't affect my design and I haven't been CUP'd I'm just curious as to what the reason might be. Anyone know? Is "go green" trademarked?
Ah, that's interesting, thanks. I never notice a little TM next to "go green". I wonder what I searched on before. I could've sworn it was "go green". So glad I didn't make any designs saying that!
ETA: BZ, that's so strange, I just did too. But yesterday I tried the search term twice and was told there were no items with that term. Strange!

Actually I think there must have been a bug in the search feature the other day.
I was considering incorporating the word "kiss" into a design. But bearing in mind there's a rock group called "Kiss" I thought I would do a search to find out if this was likely to be problematic and not wanting my design to cause confusion. However I didn't get any results which surprised me since "kiss" is a very common word and would be a bit like banning "Yes" which is the name of another band.
In the end I left the word out of my design although the style would have been unlikely to causes confusion it wasn't necessary to the design so I thought it would be easier to leave it out rather than run the risk of possibly having it CUPed
However it seems the reason I didn't get any search results on CP was because of a fault in the search engine.
