~ Inspiring Smiles Every Day ~ Born and raised in Colorado, yet I've lived across the country. I love to find the simple things and create colorful memories. Since I was old enough to eat glue, I've had my hand in some kind of creativity... from tiny hand made beads to wall sized sculpture. I love textures and subtle color. I love finding the silliness in minute obscurities. Most of all I love creating a reason to smile every day.

mother, wife, horrible chef, maid, watermelon slicer girl.... professional doodler

What are your hobbies and passions?
I love to create!
It varies from day to day what exactly I create.
Some days I play with art or crafts, other days its code and scripts.
Sometimes its tangible and sometimes it's all in my head (no, its not scary).
Some days the result is rotten-horrible-no-good-yuck, while other days its just plain fabulous (those are not days I make dinner, however).

listening and responding in a choice of crayon style colors

Tell us about your shop?
I’ll give you some history instead.
I actually had a shop somewhere around 1999 - the mug, mouse pad and t-shirt only page - I had no idea what I was doing and fluttered in another direction. Then in the fall of 2004 I started looking for extra "goodies" to add to my poetry site and I ran across cp again. this time, I didn’t care if I knew what I was doing, I just wanted a creative outlet outside of my then day job.

That’s when I first thought, I could in fact, love cp…
and there begins a new stage of the goode life

What's going on in the background while you work on your shop?
kids stuff on tv... kid stuff on the computer across from me.. kids being kids in the basement or outside and a cutie pie poopie princess bouncing happily at my side.

While at your day job, are you guilty of being on the CafePress Community Forums?
- Yeeup - except cp is my day job now.
have I mentioned.. j'adore cp!!

Do you prefer unicorns or Pegasus's?
I prefer penguins (and sometimes ponies)


Do you have any hidden talents?
If I told you, they would no longer be hidden.

What inspires your designs?
Every day life and the world that’s created around me.

Random fact:
My grandfather and I share a birthday - 50 years apart - he is my hero.
