Is there any easy way to create a personal watermark in Photoshop and add it to a duplicate jpg of a artpiece of mine so that it's not stolen by anybody when posting in here...

Easiest thing to do is open in photoshop. Add a layer. Use the type tool to put whatever text you want at the size you want it. Make it light grey - some light color. Tilt it if you want (rotate). Change the layer transparency so that the art shows through. For jpg flatten then save. For png merge layers then save. Don't do this to your original art work as merging or flattening is permanent.

FWIW - Any watermark is really easy to defeat with just modest skills in programs like Photoshop. It is mostly useful as a deterrent to the ignorant or lazy. Beyond that it is useful for establishing that the person KNEW the art was not for copying.
