Ok not sure if this is a good site to post about this on but there seems to be alot of stuff about the program on here so i figured maybe someone can help me out. I've bought the adobe cs4 premium design suite sudent edition however to get the serial code you need to prove that you are a student by sending them a picture of ur licence and enrolment proof you also have to be doing a full time course for 2 years.

this is where i could have gone wrong. On the enrolment form it says 1 year of fulltime study, however i plan to continue onto 2 more years after i complet my diploma i told adobe this in the extra details section. i even asked the head of my college and he says adobe allows students doing 1 year course all time to get serials. Even though it says 2 years on the box. Sorry for the rambling but i feel its relevant to the point which is, i've sent away all my details and it says adobe should have a reply to you in 3 days, its now been 2 weeks and nothing, i am really starting to get pissed off to because i don't no if anyones ever been to the site for help but it is the biggest drag adobe dosn't have a simple way of gettin customer support, theres no phone numbers for help and if you want to send off a form you have to pick from a very little list of choices.

Its just really bad customer service i mean i spent the money to use there product instead of pirating it off the inernet (which i could of) if i had the time to do so, but i don't and a i wanted the product asap i think its even ruder not to even give me a response, if my details are not correct or up to there specifications why no email telling me that?

If anyone could give me a clue to why i havnt got a reply yet, or has a clue to get me to another site where this forum post would make more sense please tell me i would greatly appreciate it.

Not sure what any of us could do for you? No, I haven't heard of this type of problem, personally, sorry.

Adobe's contact portal may be about the only option to keep trying:
http://www.adobe.com/aboutadobe/contact.html

There's multiple ways of reaching them and I've recently had contact with them in an acceptable amount of time... maybe your email program is sending their replies to the spam box?
