Hi been tring to get some of my images to ping, unfortunately I followed the directions provided and now totally stumped once I tried to save. I'm using version 5.5 When I go to save as a ping after deleting the "white/negative space" and its a Layer 0 it only lets me save as a PDD,PSD Any help?

Which Adobe program exactly?

when I go to about photoshop says ADOBE PHOTOSHOP Version 5.0

5.0 cannot say to transparent PNG - 5.5 can.
http://graphicssoft.about.com/.../l/blsaveforweb5.htm - written 10 years ago - in computer terms 5.0 is practically horse and buggy. Try GIMP or paint.net or one of the other programs listed in the folders at the top of the graphics forum. If you have problems make sure that the image mode is RGB before trying to save to PNG. Aslo MERGE don't flatten your layers before trying to save as PNG. You want PNH-24, not PNG-8.
