I was just wondering if there is a ready-made "Become an Affiliate" page, or do we create this ourselves? Where could I upload this page?

Not a 100% positive, but I think you have to create your own. I've seen a few affiliate pages done by shopkeepers in relationship to CJ and it looks like they are creating their own as they vary a lot in content.

you generally make your own but someone sent me thiers as a template if you want i will send you mine as a template just shoot me an email at designs@shopaholic-chick.com with "affiliate template" on the subject line and i wil send you mine you can just change the name and links around if you want

Grats on getting your page done! Just for future reference for anyone else trying to create a recruiting page, Shannon(hazeleyes7) created a tutorial on creating this page and I believe offers a template for download on the tutorial page (at least I thought I heard that somewhere)..
