Ok - I am about to loose my mind... and I do realize that it is probably due to the fact that I am an html idiot...but here goes:

I am so confused about this new affiliate program. I have signed up and been accepted by the CJ program...I have my PID numbers and account.... I just can't figure out how to write the code so that I can link shops from my website...specifially from this page:

http://www.kerilyn.com/coolstuff.html

how do I rewrite the html on these links so that they work? I used to do very well on daily commissions from this page - and that has stopped cold.
I would appreciate any help ... please use simple terms I am a bit slow to understand this.

you will see the individual artists that I am featuring, like my friend Dave (top one on left side) Currently (under the old commission system) I have the html as:

What do I need to change here to make this work like it should?
