I'm not sure about an extra TOS. If there is a special one for being a shopkeeper and you are a shopkeeper, then yes you should accept it. When the program first started, there was only one for us to accept but they later had another one we had to accept because we were a shopkeeper. To be honest, I'm not sure how it is setup for people freshly signing up. You could double check by emailing affiliates at cafepress.com to ask the CP affiliate team directly.
As for the invalid links, Adam is working with CP to get an issue resolved where things weren't being posted properly a couple days ago. It could be either that same issue or if you had your links up prior to being approved by CafePress, they would have also reported invalid until you were approved.
I have the same problem. All my click thru's are showing up as "Invalid links generating traffic" and the Affiliation Status show as "No Relationship". This affiliate program is really confusing. I had an old affilate account prior to CJ for for which I set links to redirect and I've since set up a CJ account.I've also got a CJ PID to use for my site and new links. What other hoops am I suposed to jump through?
Stratman, you have to apply to cafepress's new affiliate program, be accepted, then accept the TOS.
Once you're accepted in the CafePress program as a publisher, you'll be shown what to do. I believe I received a few emails from the affiliate team. Click the CJ link at the top left from your cafepress account page.
Through CJ. You can search the advertiser list to find cafepress, but I seem to remember there being an apply button on the CJ link from the account page.
CP will review your application and get back to you with an email. Once your status goes active, you start earning bucks.
Ok, I'm making headway. I applied and have received an approval e-mail from CP. Now my question is in regard to links. I have been using AP Link Builder to create my affilate links. Is this a good way to create them and are there any drawbacks to it.
