You can't have affiliate links in a shop hosted on CafePress, so your options are limited.

You may:
1. Reimburse the artists out of your own pocket, on a per-sale basis.
2. Build an offsite affiliation page and sign up with commission junction. Have them create a basic shop which you affiliate on your off-site page.
3. Purchase the rights to the designs outright.

thanks for the reply

for example your shop, is it an offsite shop? it is powered by cafepress. what about the site featured in the success story, it has an nformation page as well as a section with related pages.

thanks

Yes, that means you can't affiliate other cafepress products on your premium shop.

The shop in my sig is not on CafePress. It looks very much like one of my shops, but that's to make integration with the cafepress shopping cart appear seamless.

sorry to ask you so many questions

but before i set up shop...
so i could have a site on my domain, with a shopping cart that links to my premium site?
would all the items shown have to link to my premium site?

if i have a premium site i can only show my stuff, but how do people find other stuff from cafe press, from my site if i am not allowed to show them? and once they do and buy other people's stuff do i get a cut?

Basically, you set up a shop at cafepress to sell your OWN items. You set up an off-site shop to sell the items of others, or your own (or both.)

Here's a collection of resources that will answer most of your questions:
