Okay, it's no secret that am NOT a fan of CJ, yet I refuse to give up because it's a right that I have. If people are making money off my stuff, I should be able to do the same.
I've FINALLY gotten some affiliate sales. A whole $7.53! But I have no idea what I'm reading over at CJ.
So my question is this: IS there a way to tell WHAT the people I referred purchased?
I'm doing screen shots of this as I go and I'll put them up in a bit, but here's the path you take.
Log in to CJ Click on "Run Reports" Click on the amount next to "New" under "Pending Commissions" Click on the commission amount for today. On the far right of the next page, click on "Detail" That will pull up a new window.
Under "Item Based Action History" you will see the SKU's for this order. This is the product number. Now, you can either go into the CP marketplace and put the product number in the search, or what I do is head on over to JGoode's CP Tools which she so nicely makes public for the CP community and put the SKU into the "Find a product by ID" form.
There are some screenshots to help. Congrats on your affiliate sale! The move to CJ definitely made me decide to either go shopkeeper full-time or start learning about affiliate marketing. I figure I'm about 20% there.
Teesed - Thank you so much for your excellent and detailed instructions. I just made my first affiliate sale today and was curious as to what was purchased as well. And now I know!
Thanks SO much! I never saw the "detail" link, since it's way over and off the side of the page. Too bad it doesn't give it to us as a link, so we can just click to see what it was, like the CP program used to be. But I know, I know...
