Can you affiliate a whole CP store, or only one design at a time? I wanted to affiliate a store, so I typed the store's homepage into the link. I tested it and noticed that the home page's URL had my CJ info like it should, but if you clicked around the site it went away. Does that mean if someone left the home page and bought something I wouldn't make a sale?

You can link to the whole store. The cookie stays. It is supposed to go away from the address bar. That doesn't affect your affiliate credit.

It doesn't matter. It doesn't even matter if it is different stores. Say you link to my dog rescue section with your CJ link. Someone follows the link and visits my dog rescue section, yawns and follows the link at the top out of my shop to the marketplace, finds an agility design and goes to Sherri's agility section in her shop. You don't have any direct links to Sherri's shop. The person buys something. You get affiliate credit. As long as the cookie has not expired it is still good. It will expire by time, or by being over written by another cookie.
